What is Hypnosis?
Have you ever wanted to make a change in your life, such as ridding a bad habit, reducing stress or anxiety, removing limitations or fears, and you struggled to do so?
Through our experiences, we create our belief systems and our automatic behaviors. This is when we begin to write our story. The story we tell ourselves, the story we live by and the story that fuels all our decisions.
As we continue to grow and have new experiences, we come to find out, the story we once lived by, doesn’t always serve our best interest any longer. In all great novels, the character evolves and is never the same throughout the book. When we have been living a certain way for so long, our subconscious mind forces us to remain stuck because it is what is known and familiar, even if it is harmful to us. This is when hypnosis comes into play.
Hypnosis is a powerful tool for transformation because it works with the part of your mind where real, lasting change happens—your subconscious.
While traditional coaching and talk therapy engage the conscious mind (which is only about 5% of your mental activity), hypnosis goes deeper. It helps you access the subconscious, where your habits, beliefs, emotions, and automatic responses are stored.
So often, we know what we want to change—whether it’s anxiety, self-doubt, procrastination, or unhelpful patterns—but we feel stuck repeating the same cycles. That’s because the root of those challenges lies beneath conscious awareness. Hypnosis helps us get to the source.
