What is Hypnosis?

Have you ever wanted to make a change in your life, such as ridding a bad habit, reducing stress or anxiety, removing limitations or fears, and you struggled to do so? This is because the changes we make actually occur within our subconscious minds.

Throughout our lives, we are always having new experiences and making new associations. These associations are stored within our subconscious mind, the part of the mind where our automatic actions arise from, and they become our life script. This is when we begin to write our story. The story we tell ourselves, the story we live by and the story that fuels all our decisions.

As we continue to grow and have new experiences, we come to find out, the story we once lived by, no longer serves us. In all great novels, the character evolves and is never the same throughout the book. When we have been living a certain way for so long, our subconscious mind forces us to remain the same with what is known and familiar, even if it is harmful to us. This is when hypnosis comes into play.

In a state of hypnosis, we are able to work directly with the subconscious mind, in order create new associations. We work together to continue to write new chapters to your life book, allowing you to live how you chose to live.
